Show your support of the game by purchasing a unique Golf Wisconsin license plate. For an extra $25 a year you’ll not only let other drivers know you’re serious about golf…but you’ll be supporting the PGA of Wisconsin’s junior golf programs. The classic white Wisconsin license plate carries the distinctive Golf Wisconsin logo as well as the phrase “Support Junior Golf.”

$19 of every fee will support junior golf programs while the remaining funds will be used by the Wisconsin Department of Tourism to promote golf. Getting your own Golf Wisconsin license plate is easy. Simply fill out the form and mail the appropriate fee to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. You can also order a personalized license plate for an additional fee. Complete license plate guidelines can be found online.

Golf Wisconsin is a cooperative effort of the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, the Wisconsin section of the PGA, the Golf Course Owners of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin State Golf Association. In three years the Golf Wisconsin program has helped close to 20,000 young people either golf for free or attend a free instructional clinic.
