In the pine filled forests of northeast Wisconsin you’ll find the Crandon International Off-Road Raceway. Here is where you’ll discover the excitement of off road racing at its finest. The raceway is home to the Crandon World Championship Off-Road Races®. With multiple races, a parade, concert and much more the World Championship Off-Road Races are sure to be an unforgettable weekend.
Labor Day weekend in Crandon, Wisconsin signals the start of the World Championship. Here in the Big House is where world champions are crowned as part of the TORC series featuring punishing short course racing. Over 50,000 fans gather to cheer for their favorite drivers as they race on the longest and the fastest short course racetrack in the nation, with speeds reaching over 100 miles per hour. This year spectators will enjoy the excitement of the new “Big Air” tabletop jumps. See it all from the grandstand or the great hillside seating if you want to spread out.
The Crandon Raceway is also famous as a family friendly, all off-road entertainment destination. When not watching the races visitors can check out the newly developed off-road recreation park or the 300 miles of ATV/UTV trails that are accessible from the Crandon Raceway. Kids, both young and old, will love the Traxxas Radio Control race track offering radio control car rentals. With a campground, fishing pond, a golf driving range and a trap shoot range this is a getaway dream for those who love the outdoors.
