Tiffany Wildlife Area

Covers 13,000 acres along the Chippewa River Valley. The Tiffany is the largest continuous stand of bottomland hardwood forest in the state. View a variety of raptors, waterfowl and upland birds in a diverse topography of blufflands, native prairies, savannahs and wetland habitats.


Located northwest of Nelson near the confluence of the Chippewa and Mississippi Rivers. This property is undeveloped but there are seven parking lots along Hwys. 25 & 35 for access; each is marked with DNR signs.
