Wisconsin ATV Trails

It’s time to put away the snowmobiles and dust off the ATVs. That’s how it’s done in Wisconsin. It’s ATV season. Move from one season to another without missing a beat and having fun along the way.

The hundreds of miles of ATV trails in Wisconsin include those in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest: the Dead Horse Run ATV Trail, Flambeau ATV Trail System and the Perkinstown ATV Trail. Douglas, Iron, Jackson, Marinette, Oconto and Price counties are also home to extensive ATV trail systems that allow riders to explore picturesque wooded terrain.

For more trails or to find one at your next vacation spot, check out our directory at TravelWisconsin.com. You can also order our Wisconsin ATV guide on TravelWisconsin.com.

If riding the trails isn’t your sights yet or you want to hone some basic skills, be sure to visit one of the state’s ATV terrain parks. If you need a refresh on operating an ATV or just to familiarize yourself with the vehicle, the Wisconsin DNR has you covered.

Be safe and have fun!
