Wisconsin Beer, Always in a Stitch

Day 15: Findings, A Great Deal of Culture in Wisconsin Beer
As Chief Archaeologist, it is my duty to examine even the smallest of unearthed artifacts. And since today’s findings uncovered an ancient Wisconsin beer can, my first thought for research began with a local brewery tour. We were already in the Northwoods, about 200 kilometers from Chippewa Falls -- the home of Leinenkugels Brewery.
While, I often can be found sipping a piping hot cup of tea, there are times when a Wisconsin microbrew is the very nectar of the gods.
To better understand our discovery, I embarked upon one of Wisconsin’s famous brewery tours. Let me say, the state’s rich brewing heritage and the science involved in producing these fine potables is most impressive.
