Founded in 1993 by Dan and Deb Carey, New Glarus Brewing Company is a Wisconsin original with a story all its own. Deb Carey made history as the first woman to found and operate a brewery in the United States, and together, she and Dan built a nationally recognized brewery that remains rooted in Wisconsin.
