You can rent the whole house, or just the first floor including a queen bed, bath, kitchen, dining room & living room, and add additional rooms as needed. It is a perfect get-away for friends and families, girlfriend retreats, or out-of-town quests. A large kitchen boasts all modern appliances with a spacious eating area including a patio door to an outside deck. The dining and living rooms provide additional space for relaxing, playing games, or visiting. A one-room schoolhouse on the property can be rented for small group gatherings, parties, or workshops. It has a bathroom, full kitchen, water and electricity. Nearby Timm’s Hill County Park is an ideal recreational area for nature lovers. Climb the observation tower for a spectacular view of wooded hills and lakes. Hike, bike, ski, snowshoe or ride horseback on the High Point Trails and Timm’s Hill Trail.
