Emily Lake Campground

Located in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest on Emily Lake; 11 rustic campsites located on undeveloped lakeshore and overlooking 26-acre Emily Lake (slow no wake) with northern pike, crappie, perch, and panfish. Each campsites has a parking spur, fire grill, and picnic table. Picnic area, drinking water - well, vault toilets, and a boat landing for smaller motorized and non-motorized watercraft provides access for fishing, canoeing, and swimming. Emily Lake supports a good panfish population. Walk in winter camping, no plowed roads or services.

From the intersection of Hwy. 13 & Hwy. 70 in Fifield drive east on Hwy. 70 22.3 miles to FR 509 (Chippewa Trail). Turn left (north) and continue on FR 509 3.1 miles to FR 142. Turn right (east) on FR 142 and drive 0.2 miles to FR 1178. Turn right (north) on forest Road 1178 to the campground.
