Step Two: Add Items
Add items from our Places to Stay, Things to Do, Dining and Events sections to your trip by clicking the Add to Trip icon throughout the site or from within the Trip Planner.
Step Three: Print and Share
Print details of your trip and share your trip with friends on your favorite social network or via email.
Sawmill Park Campground
Sawmill Park Campground is located approximately eight miles north of Birchwood. The campground is a secluded campground within a County Forest Primitive area. It is surrounded by many small kettle moraine glacial lakes, which are connected by a canoe portage system. The campground has 25 campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. No electricity is available. Facilities include a dock, open-air shelter, vault toilets and hand pumps for water. A boat launch is located on Sawmill Lake, although motors are not allowed on this lake. Winter camping is available at Sawmill Park. Hours of Operation
Campsites are reservable from May 1 to September 30. In the off-season, sites are available on a first come, first serve basis.
16 miles east of Spooner on Hwy. 70, 2 miles south on CTH B, 5 miles east on Birchwood Fire Lane.
