New Glarus Hotel
Built by Swiss immigrants in 1853, the New Glarus Hotel has long been a landmark known for its excellent Swiss cuisine and atmosphere! For groups of ten or more, the chef will share his secrets for creating authentic fondue, with demonstration including a lesson behind the history of fondue and an overview of the ingredients, followed by sampling. Swiss entertainment also available for larger groups.
