The John Michael Kohler Arts Center has been honored with a prestigious “American Masterpieces” grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board and the National Endowment for the Arts. JMKAC presents Grandview. Home to artist Nick Engelbert’s “Grandview,” Hollandale holds its annual parade followed by a presentation and brat fry taking place at Engelbert’s former home. Inspired by the “grand view” of his hillside farm, Engelbert embellished his farmhouse and dotted the yard with sculptures made of concrete inlaid with stones and bright bits of glass.
