Annual Oshkosh Thunder Poker Run

This 15th Annual Boating Event brings boaters from all over the midwest, Florida, California, and the East Coast. The event typically brings in boats and rigs that cost over $35 million in total value. It starts on Friday at 12:00 noon and ends at the end of Sunday, weather permitting. This event has been featured on ESPN and in many national boating magazines (PowerBoat, Extreme Boats, Hot Boat to name a few). To date, Oshkosh Thunder has donated over $50,000 to local charities, and the Winnebago water system. Winnebago Sheriff's Dept, DNR and the local buoy system are just a few of the donations.
