Come join us at a wonderful Wisconsin retreat. This is our second year that Leah Caplan invites us up to conduct a cooking class in the many wheat fields on Washington Island. This same wheat goes into many products served at the hotel; wood fired brick-oven breads, Capital Brewery's Island Wheat Ale and Death's Door Vodka.
