19th Annual “Mid-Summer in the Northwoods” Bluegrass Show, featuring early-evening bluegrass concerts each day, full-day schedule Fri/Sat. Sponsored by the Bluegrass Festival Institute of the Wisconsin Northwoods. Enjoy intimate, unplugged acoustic sessions inside the historic Cozy Cove and outside under the towering trees of the Northwoods. Bill Monroe, Father of Bluegrass, performed here and pictures of other Bluegrass legends are framed on the ceiling of this 1930s establishment. A multi-generation of patrons discover more each year about this original American art form -- Bluegrass music.
