Warrens
The Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center is offering a Cranberry Sweet Breads class. Under the guidance of WCDC Taste-Test Kitchen baker Anita Reeck, participants will make a cranberry sweet bread to take home. The cost is $15. Participants are asked to bring measuring cups, measuring spoons, 2 mixing bowls, rubber scraper, rolling pin and a pastry blender. Also, please plan to bring a container to the class that you can use to transport your sweet breads home. A 9 x 13 pan would work well. (If you need assistance with the supplies please let us know!)
