Culinary workshops (each themed to feature a special ingredient or a special cooking technique) hosted by Goose Chaser Farm the last Saturday of every month. Examples include sessions on homemade pasta, and cake baking and frosting techniques. See website for details. Classes are generally 2 - 3 hours long - class sized limited to 8 people. Refreshments provided, and the group eats what they cook at the end.
