Barbara Shafer’s paintings invite viewers to engage in dance through the figuration of motion. The way in which she depicts the human form, reveals a certain degree of graceful struggle defined by her perspective as both a dancer and an artist. A meet the artist wine and cheese reception will be held on June 2, 2012 from 5-7pm.
