Manitowish Waters
Join naturalist and author John Bates for a guided hike through the 561-acre Plum Lake/Star Lake State Natural Area to a peninsula jutting into Plum Lake. View hemlocks, sugar maples, and yellow birch that are over 200 years old. Round-trip about 5 miles. Transportation provided; pack a lunch to eat along the trail. $30/Discovery Center member; $35/ non-member. Register by 9/24
