Watch a professional cheese carver, see cooking demos by gourmet chefs preparing fresh and organic foods; discover healthy, wholesome desserts with no sugar added; try beverages from local fruit juices, wine and organic brown ale; learn about wild edibles, composting, rain gardens, water quality, and canning. Artisian exhibitors will showcase their work as well as local vendors selling their products. Hike along with the "Mushroom Man" at 9:30am and learn about mushrooms growing in the wild! Kids are able to participate in free pioneer games all day long! Enjoy live music! Also, new this year -- Learn about renewable energy and how you can do your part for the environment. Speakers, exhibitors, and renewable energy professionals will also be in attendance for Saturday's activities.
