Gatsby’s Supper Club is a mystery musical comedy ghost story featuring new songs in the style of the golden era of popular music. The club is your typical northern Wisconsin steak house. The veteran staff serves up relish trays, breadbaskets, prime rib dinners, and specialty drinks as “the regulars” sing at the piano bar. Known as a hideout for gangsters during Prohibition, the restaurant is famously haunted by a resident ghost. On this particular stormy night in 1962, an unusually quirky crowd of customers is drawn into a baffling mystery. The audience plays an important role in sorting out clues to solve the crime in this tuneful, rib tickling, love letter to the traditional Wisconsin supper clubs we all know and love.
The Heyde Center will partner with Franzwa’s Custom Catering to offer a dinner treat for this show.
