Athletes compete in a 3 mile run, a 32-mile bike race, and a 1 mile run. Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers, the top 3 male and female in 5 year the age group increments (ages 15 & under up to 75+) and the top 3 relay teams in the all male, all female and coed divisions.
