Select from two degrees of difficulty: SPRINT - 1/4-mile swim, 22-mile bike, and 5K run; or HALF IRONMAN - 1.2-mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1.-mile run. The swim is in Lake Winnebago along a unique and panoramic shoreline; starting and finishing at the beach. Plenty of buoys will be available to rest if needed and as a guide for the finish point.
