Tours of the Preserve's syrup producing process begin with a hike through the sugar bush. See the final processing of the syrup for bottling. After the tour, taste fresh maple syrup on an ice cream sundae. Pancake and porkie breakfast beginning at 9am, reservations required different times available. Fee charged.
