Celebrate the maple syrup season by tapping a maple tree, collectiog sap, learning the history of how it becomes syrup, and enjoying the taste of pure maple syrup on pancakes. Pancake breakfast is served 9 am-1 pm. Live folk music afterward. Sugarbush demonstrations and participation tours offered, rain, snow, or shine. Sugarbush tours and demonstrations free. Historical re-enactors' encampment also planned for that day at the park.
