The Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois, Gift of Wings, and the RecPlex present this first annual event on the ice of Lake Andrea. The GRAND LAUNCH of 400 plus kites is at 11 a.m. This family event is free to all. If the lake is not frozen, the kites will fly from land next to the lake. Website
