The Edge of the Rock - Plein Air Art Event

Located along the Rock River, Beloit. Artist will set up their canvases along the Rock River in Beloit to paint "En plein air", a French expression which means "in the open air". The event includes special art exhibits, receptions, and culminates in judging of the painting and an art sale.
