Terese Allen, co-author of "The Flavor of Wisconsin: An Informal History of Food and Eating in the Badger State," and a local chef will be doing a cooking demonstration featuring local foods, and a book talk based on the popular book, which is packed from cover to cover with recipes, historical essays and photographs.
