Spend Friday evening at Monona Terrace, meeting dozens of Wisconsin cheesemakers and sampling a variety of farmstead, artisan and specialty cheeses. On Saturday morning, choose between a tour of cheese plants in Green County, or a personalized tour of the Dane County's Farmer's Market with special cheese tasting at Fromagination. Saturday afternoon offers a variety of educational seminars held at Monona Terrace. End your experience with a Dine-Around at one of a several participating Madison restaurants, where each chef will partner with a unique Wisconsin cheesemaker.
