Bayfield Peninsula Potters celebrate 3 years of opening studio doors to the public for the 2013 Pottery Tour. Hosted by Washburn-Bayfield-Cornicopia-Madeline Island-based pottery artists Jill Lorenz, Pat Juett, Jonathan Wahlberg, Eli Wilson, Deena Schuppe, and Evan Hestekin. The tour will also feature guest artists from across the region. This is a Free self-guided tour of the studios of Bayfield Peninsula's clay artists. We look forward to welcoming you to seeing our creative process and experiencing the year-round joy of using and giving pottery made by hand by local artists. Be sure to plan enough time to savor local food and visit the orchards and shops. But most of all, relax and breathe in the fresh northern air! You will see forests, orchards, sandy beaches and the Apostle Islands along your tour. An easy to follow 20 mile drive.
