Join us at Token Creek Eco-Inn for a variety of cooking classes including home cheese making and wine making. Veteran home cheese maker, Linda Conroy, leads us through an afternoon of cheese making that includes a light lunch. Home Cheese Making includes mozzarella, feta, ricotta, cultured butter, kefir and more. The Advanced Home Cheese Making includes a light lunch and instruction on making the hard cheeses like cedar and gouda. You will take cheese home with you after each class, as well as detailed handouts with recipes and sources for home cheese making supplies.
