Beth Lipman from Sheboygan Falls is one of the most important young glassmakers in the US today. Precarious Possessions will feature one work, her stunning tour-de-force called Sideboard with Blue China, as it makes its Wisconsin debut before going on a national tour. Combining wood and glass, it is a marvel of historic reference, contemporary craft and profound artistic vision and skill. Opening Reception: Thursday, February 6, 2014 5–9pm.
