Braise Culinary School: 4 Chefs, 1 Pig and a Farmer
A Pig Roast like no other! A pig prepared by 4 chefs, each taking a section of the beast and performing their culinary magic. Join us as we pair each of the 4 courses with local micro brews; oh yeah, we will even put the pig in dessert. $70/person includes dinner & drinks.
