Supper with the Villa Louis Servants
Based on the success of the Breakfast in a Victorian Kitchen program, this event features another culinary tour of Victorian America, but this time it's an afternoon supper with the Dousman servants. Explore the ethnic diversity of their world using the tools, technology and favored foods of the late 19th century. The program includes a tour of the mansion and outbuildings. This hands-on cooking workshop takes place in the mansion kitchen and preserve kitchen. Because of food content and period technology, the program is restricted to participants 18 years and older.
