Olbrich’s Holiday Express is heading to the tropics this year! Featuring tropical plants, wooden tiki heads, stained glass art from The Vinery, along with large-scale model trains, Olbrich’s Holiday Express is a festive experience for everyone! Get one free ticket to Olbrich’s Holiday Express by visiting Olbrich’s website. Entry for free ticket deadline is December 11. Striking wooden tiki heads, from local artist Mark Stauffer, stand watch throughout the room. These large heads are hand-crafted from tree trunks or branches. Colorful stained glass panels depicting various types of tropical plants and flowers also hang among the lighted tropical trees and shrubs. Each panel has been hand-crafted by glass artists at the Vinery Stained Glass Studio. Many panels and tiki heads are for sale, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Gardens. Admission for Olbrich Botanical Society members is free. Admission to Olbrich's Holiday Express for the general public is $3 for adults, and $2 for children ages 3 to 12. Children 2 and under are free. Admission to the tropical Bolz Conservatory is included.
