Starting at the "Headwaters of the Wisconsin River" the triathlon will consist of biking, canoeing or kayaking and a 5K walk/run. Available to individuals or 3 person relay teams. A separate 5K race will be offered to individuals who want only to participate in the walk/run. Registration costs $20 per person ($60-relay teams) before September 1st; $25 per person ($75-relay teams) thereafter. A T-shirt and meal are included in the registration fee.
