Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman

St Croix Falls

This fall, experience Washington Irving's legend as never before! This thrilling new adaptation, commissioned by Festival Theatre, provides an enchanting twist on the famous story, using visually dynamic storytelling techniques with the charm of a 1940's radio play to bring the classic tale of Ichabod Crane and his ghostly companion to life. Guaranteed to be a hit for all ages, this one-of-a-kind debut production is a must-see event. Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman, featuring a combined cast of youth and community actors and professional guest artists, begins as a live radio play, but is upended when its young audience intervenes, turning the tables on the broadcast and taking the commonly tragic ending into their own hands. Exhibiting Festival Theatre's unique skill in arts education and out-of-the-box storytelling, Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman, promises to captivate valley audiences this fall. Tickets are $26 adults, $13.50 youth.
