Minhas Micro Distillery

Tours finish with samples of spirits and liqueurs, including “Chinook Rye Whiskey” which is barrel-aged for five years, and Maya Horchata – made with real dairy cream, a touch of cinnamon, and a splash of vanilla. There’s also a great photo opp with “Godstilla” – the 1,000-gallon still.

Hours of Operation

Open daily, with tours Monday 1 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 11 am and 3 pm, Friday through Sunday 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 3:30 pm.
