Teal Wing is a beautiful championship course nestled in the northern part of the state, near Hayward. It offers a Forest course challenge (Slope of 139 from the back tees) for the serious golfer yet with 5 tees there is a place for every skill level. Voted by Golf Digest “Female Friendly” in 1998 and one of “America’s 50 Toughest Golf Courses” in February 2007. Teal Wing is an experience not easily forgotten, be it the spectacular views, the attentive service, or the quality of the bent-grass greens.
