The Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company rested the brewery's draft horses on what is now the Schlitz Audubon Center property in Milwaukee.

The Alexander House is an art and history museum. You are invited to see artwork of local, state and national artists. Also featured are displays of early lumbering and papermaking, and the local families that were part of these industries. There is no charge.
