The Bayfield Winery is located high on the hills overlooking the waters of Lake Superior at the top of Wisconsin. Scott and Renate Hauser specialize in making traditional hard ciders, meads and country wines from primarily locally grown fruits and honey. Sample our wines while enjoying a panoramic view of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands from over 600 feet above lake level. You will find the Bayfield Winery at Hauser's Superior View Farm, our family's apple orchard and farm, which has been continuously owned and operated by the Hauser family since 1908. Visit our historic barn, picnic among the wildflowers or apple blossoms. In the fall, taste our fresh cider and pick your own apples.
