Black Point Mansion
The year 2007 marks the opening of Black Point Mansion, one of the finest surviving examples of the great summer homes of the Midwest. built in 1888 by Chicago beer baron Conrad Seipp, Black Point is a massive three-story Queen Anne style home. Visitors will find that virtually all of the furniture and furnishings remain intact as they were when the house was originally built. Guided tours run June 15 - October 31. Access to Black Point is through the Lake Geneva Cruise Line and there are a series of steps to reach the bluff where Black Point sits.
