At the 2006 Wisconsin State Fair, fairgoers consumed 348,082 cream puffs, which the fair has been serving up for 82 years.

Current exhibits: At work in Chippewa Falls, which details the cities early beginnings to present; The Seymour Cray Supercomputer Collection, the computers that set the benchmark for computing speed; Nanosecond Knowledge, a calculating hands-on interactive exhibit; Leap Into Lakes, our environmental interactive exhibit; and Made in Chippewa; a variety of industrial histories and artifacts which includes: Mason Shoe, WS Darley, and Kell Container. There's a great deal to explore!
