Fischer's On the Green is a continuing tradition in Fine Dining since 1941, (formerly "The White House"). Fischer's is now located in the beautiful setting of the Hillcrest Country Club, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. At Fischer's, we make every effort to serve only the finest quality foods available to our customers. Our steaks are properly aged and hand cut on premises. Try one of our nightly specials created by our own chefs! Popovers are a tradition we've carried over from the former White House Restaurant. They are baked fresh continuously throughout the evening and served piping hot at your table. After dinner join us in our exquisite lounge for a glass of wine or a cognac (largest wine list in the valley) and listen to live music Wednesday through Saturday.
