Located in the Flambeau River State Forest, this 14-mile trail is the longest trail system in the Price County area. With views of the Flambeau River and heavily timbered landscape, this trail offers exceptional scenic enjoyment for hiking, biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing. This trail varies in difficulty with plenty of easy skiing in the first loop and the west half of the upper loop. Portions of the upper loop and cutoffs on the east side of the lower loop provide more challenge for the advanced and expert skiers. There is a three-sided shelter with a fire ring provided as a warming shelter on the west side of the upper loop. Groomed for both classic and skate skiing.
