Kenosha History Center


Details

The Kenosha History Center includes two museum galleries: The Yesteryear Gallery and the Rambler Legacy Gallery. The Yesteryear Gallery examines living in 19th Century Kenosha County. The Gallery includes a period general store display, an early urban commercial block, an agricultural display and a railroad depot. The Rambler Legacy Gallery explores Kenosha in the 20th Century with ongoing exhibits. An Archives houses the 2-dimensional collections of the Historical Society: papers, maps, manuscripts, records, photographs, and newspapers. There is also a Gift Shop. The Southport Light Station is near the Kenosha History Center.
