Details

Lake Country Dairy is a 60,000-square-foot cheese manufacturing, packaging and distribution facility. This plant has the capacity to process about 2 million pounds of milk per day and the capability of making roughly 80,000 pounds of cheese per day. A gift shop is open throughout the week with a wide selection of cheese, meat snacks, and Cedar Crest ice cream. Tours will be available for visitors through a live video feed into the plant. It will provide an informative walk through of the cheese making and packaging process.
