New Glarus Hotel

Details

Built by Swiss immigrants in 1853, the New Glarus Hotel has long been a landmark known for its excellent Swiss cuisine and atmosphere! Local Swiss-trained Chef Mike Neval shares his secrets for an authentic fondue during demonstrations. A fondue demonstration for groups of 10 or more includes a lesson behind the history of fondue and an overview on the cheese and the proper dipping accoutrements. Afterwards, guests can purchase all of the ingredients needed to make fondue at home. Contact the Chalet Landhaus to make reservations.
