Original Art, Prints & Pizza. I am the artist and the pizza maker. I make the dough every other morning by hand. The recipe was given me 1977 by Signor Rafael Trifiletti from Naples, Italy. Since then I have taken the recipe to a new level of perfectionism.
On the menu you also find organic salad, lasagna, tiramisu and Swedish coffee etc. In my combined Art Gallery & Restaurant you have many opportunities to find a piece of art. There is original art, limited edition prints, note cards, post cards or why not order a T-shirt with a desired design. Welcome to Pizzeria Viking, truly a different place.
