The Plymouth Arts Center is the premier arts destination in Western Sheboygan County. Known as the "Cultural Heart of Plymouth," the Arts Center operates a fine art Gallery featuring a revolving show of mixed media works, showcasing Wisconsin Artists, and a wide array of musical and theatre events and festivals. Popular events include annual festivals such as Plymouth Festival of Fine Arts in June. Cheese Capital Jazz Crawl in August, Plymouth Oktoberfest in September with an Arts & Crafts Fair, Women's Expo in November and a "Paint the Town" plein air event in October. The Plymouth Arts Center annually presents two to three plays by Plymouth Arts Center Theatre Company, a spring concert by the Plymouth Art Center Singers featuring area singers and musicians, a Wisconsin Performing Artists Series, Acoustic Jam/Open Mic and Gallery Works TV-Show.
