The Plymouth Historical Society is proud to announce its recent purchase of the building at 420 East Mill Street in downtown Plymouth, and is now officially housed in the new building. The building at 420 East Mill Street has its own historical significance in Plymouth. In addition to the current exhibits (Bergin Native American collection, Curtiss vintage clothing, fire department history and blacksmith shop), the future holds the possibility of a general store, gas station, a Prohibition-era bar and other specialized displays. A gift shop and an old-fashioned sweet shop are also being planned.
